With summer circling the drain and future planning in full swing, the Health and Ladders team is actively brainstorming ways to support you and all our fellow members here at the Boston Fire Department. We have Recruit Academy training in the works, Cadet Physical Fitness Training, Monthly Challenges, 10-week wellness challenges, nutritional support with Chloe and the limitless resources for program, sleep and nutrition support that comes with your access to the Health and Ladders Website (Healthandladders.com). We've also submitted proposals to institute an injury prevention program with a staffed Physical Therapist available to members before they are injured.


But what we really want to know is, what would you all like to see? This month, we are asking the membership to reach out and let us know what kind of support or programming you all require and desire? The question we are constantly asking ourselves is "how can we support you"? Here's your opportunity to let us know. Stay safe out there
