3 Ways to Play

1. Sign up and run the Boston Firefighters 10k Road Race  (10/8)

2. Sign up and walk the 5k  (10/8)

3. Sign up for the Virtual Event and run / walk a 5k at home or on a treadmill (5th - 9th)

*Bad knee(s) - Substitute Running with a Row:  Row 10k in one sitting

Firehouse Team Captains:
Please forward your firehouse roster by noon, October 11th.
Members are asked to document and save proof of their effort. The winning firehouse will be required to submit proof of each member’s participation.

*Participants completing option #1 or #2 must forward their bib # and time.
*Participants completing option #3 must photograph their fitness tracker documenting their 5k/10k effort. Members walking / running on a treadmill must photograph the treadmill’s monitor with the time / distance. Firefighters opting to row must photograph their monitor as well.
