Lino Viola

At 43 years old, Lino believes the most important aspect of his life is family. He believes health and wellness play a huge role in keeping us feeling young and able to keep up with our children. Lino also believes in modeling these behaviors for his children and future generations of firefighters. Far too many members are forced to retire early, primarily due to unhealthy habits. His goal is to enjoy a long healthy life with his family, which he believes is tough to achieve without having a long and healthy career on the BFD.
